Behavior Specialist | Center for Social Dynamics (CSD)

The TL;DR
• Role: Part Time
• Pay: $20–$25 hourly
• Mission: To open up a world of possibilities for individuals with autism and other developmental needs through science, compassion, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

What You’ll Actually Do
• Guide: Help kids build communication, social, and life skills using play, games, and evidence-based strategies.
• Deliver: Bring energy and compassion to each session in various settings, including homes, centers, or the community.
• Implement: Follow personalized plans designed by clinical leaders to support client progress.
• Celebrate: Acknowledge and reinforce small wins that contribute to a child’s significant growth and milestones.
• Adapt: Thrive in a flexible, on-the-go role where daily tasks and environments vary.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career. High School Diploma or GED. Interest in working with kids and making a difference.
• Experience: No prior experience required; willingness to complete provided training and documentation is essential.
• Skills: Patience, energy, optimism, comfort working with diverse populations, reliable transportation, and flexible availability (especially Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays).
