• Team: Reports to the Beverage Manager or Bistro Supervisor.
• Mission: Owns the creation of a welcoming guest experience through preparing high-quality coffee and specialty beverages.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Beverage Preparation: Prepare high-quality coffee and specialty beverages with speed and precision.
• Guest Engagement: Engage with guests to create a bright start to their mornings and a welcoming experience.
• Equipment Operation: Operate coffee and espresso machines as part of daily tasks.
• Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure every beverage order meets brand and quality standards.

The Must-Haves
• Background: No educational minimum is required, though sufficient literacy is needed to identify product labels and communicate with guests regarding job-related needs.
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar or related position.
• Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with guests. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
• Bonus: Hotel experience is considered a plus. A warm, professional demeanor that reflects HVMG’s Culture of Excellence.
