Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program

AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program is a paid, 4-month program designed to launch sales careers. The program offers comprehensive training, including instructor-led interactive sessions, and provides immediate hands-on experience engaging with real customers, ranging from small businesses to multinational organizations. Participants will develop their sales skills while using advanced technology to solve business problems and meet sales goals.

Program Highlights:

• $4,500 sign-on bonus. Relocation bonuses and monthly housing stipends may also be available.
• Comprehensive training: Instructor-led interactive training and real-world customer engagement.
• Hands-on experience: Securing new business and managing existing accounts.
• Career progression: Preparation for various sales roles within AT&T Business; upon successful completion, participants are placed in an outside sales role.
• Geographic preference: Applicants can select a preferred geographic market (subject to availability – see the placement map on the website for available markets).
• Competitive environment: Tools and support to become a top sales performer.
• Compensation: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions yearly (when sales goals are met).

Responsibilities:

• Working with advanced technology to solve business problems.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Meeting sales goals.
• Securing new business.
• Managing existing business customers.

Qualifications:

• Desire to launch a career in sales.
• Related experience with cold calling and/or sales major/certificate preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (Business-related major preferred).
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
