What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Engagement: Build and strengthen client relationships through proactive networking, diligent portfolio management, and consistent, clear communication.
• Financial Strategy Development: Assess diverse client goals and individual risk tolerance to craft tailored financial strategies and provide clear, well-reasoned recommendations.
• Product & Service Consultation: Present comprehensive financial solutions and services that precisely align with each client’s unique financial needs and long-term objectives.
• Professional Development: Engage actively in a structured 120-day Preliminary Employment Period (PEP) hands-on training program and leverage continuous learning resources like Virtual University.
• Collaborative Growth: Seek and embrace opportunities to learn from and partner with experienced professionals and top performers, fostering ongoing career growth and development through mentorship and personalized coaching.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent demonstrable skills and work experience, is required. Candidates should be values-driven individuals with a proven track record of success.
• Experience: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. While no specific years of experience are stated, candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate confidence in client interactions.
• Skills: An entrepreneurial spirit is essential, coupled with a deep commitment to positively impacting lives and a collaborative mindset, capable of learning from and partnering with top performers.
• Licensing: Candidates must be willing to pursue and obtain State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses; FINRA sponsorship will be provided for all required licensing.
