Sales Associate
We are actively seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. This pivotal role involves direct interaction with our diverse customer base, providing in-depth information about our extensive product range and services. As a primary point of contact, you will be instrumental in handling orders, expertly resolving customer complaints, and continuously expanding your knowledge of our offerings. Your contributions will be key to ensuring overall customer satisfaction and driving sales growth for Kencove Inc.
Tasks, Accountabilities, and Key Responsibilities
- Confer with customers across various channels, including telephone, internet, email, live chat, or in-person, to provide detailed product and service information, accurately take and enter orders, and gather comprehensive details regarding complaints.
- Proactively follow up to ensure that appropriate actions and changes have been implemented to successfully resolve customer issues.
- Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions and transactions, accurately documenting inquiries, complaints, comments, and the specific actions taken.
- Efficiently resolve customer service or billing complaints through various activities such as facilitating merchandise exchanges, processing refunds, or adjusting billing statements.
- Provide expert recommendations for fencing implementation tailored to specific customer situations and generate precise sales quotes.
- Conduct troubleshooting for fencing products and related issues, offering effective solutions.
- Commit to continuous learning, consistently maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and staying informed about industry trends through active participation in trade shows.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills when interacting with Supervisors, Peers, Subordinates, and external stakeholders.
- Travel approximately 10% of the time to attend industry trade shows and expos.
- Possess strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Agricultural/Fencing Background and Knowledge: Preferred.
- Computer Skills: General computer proficiency.
- Communication Skills: Professional and effective communication skills.
- Sales Background: Preferred.
- Mechanical Skills: Basic mechanical aptitude preferred.
