About AT&T:

Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program

AT&T offers a four-month paid sales development program designed to launch careers in B2B sales. This program provides comprehensive training and real-world experience.

Program Details:

• Compensation: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions (upon meeting sales goals), plus a $4,500 sign-on bonus. Relocation bonuses and monthly housing stipends may be available in certain circumstances.
• Training: Instructor-led, interactive training focusing on various sales skills.
• Experience: Hands-on experience working with real customers, ranging from small businesses to multinational organizations. Participants will utilize advanced technology to solve business problems and meet sales goals.
• Career Path: The program prepares participants for various sales roles within AT&T Business. Upon successful completion, graduates will be placed in an outside sales position.
• Geographic Preference: Applicants can select a geographic preference from a list of available markets (specific markets are listed on the company website). Placement will be determined based on availability within the chosen market.
• Program Focus: The program emphasizes developing sales skills, managing existing and acquiring new business clients, and working with cutting-edge technology.

Requirements:

• Desire to launch a career in sales.
• Related experience with cold calling and/or a sales major/certificate is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related field, is preferred.
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
