About AT&T and the B2B Sales Development Program

AT&T is a leading telecommunications company, connecting families, friends, and neighbors through its 5G network and FirstNet, the nationwide network for first responders. They are also building a robust fiber footprint, offering gigabit speeds to nearly two million customers.

The B2B Sales Development Program is a paid, 4-month training program designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in B2B sales. It provides:

• Instructor-led interactive training: Covers various aspects of sales, including customer engagement and closing deals.
• Real-world experience: Participants engage with real customers, from small business owners to multinational organizations.
• Advanced technology: Learn how to use cutting-edge technology to solve business problems and provide excellent customer service.
• Competitive environment: The program fosters a competitive atmosphere, providing participants with the tools and connections to become top sales performers.
• Diverse skill development: Participants gain experience in various sales tasks, from securing new business to managing existing customers.

Upon successful completion of the program, graduates are placed in an outside sales role within AT&T Business. The program offers a variety of markets to choose from, allowing participants to select their preferred geographic location.

The program is specifically designed for:

• Individuals with a passion for sales and technology.
• Those with related experience in cold calling or sales.
• Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business.
• Individuals willing and able to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual candidates are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary of $57,000 + Commissions: Participants can earn up to $23,000 in commissions yearly when they meet sales goals.
