B2B Sales Development Program

This 4-month paid program provides a comprehensive training experience for individuals interested in a career in sales. Here’s what you can expect:

Upon successful completion of the program, you will be placed in an outside sales role. You can select your preferred geographic location from a list of available markets.

Requirements

Passion for Sales and Technology: A strong interest in sales and a desire to work with cutting-edge technology solutions.
Relocation Ability: The position requires relocation within the United States.
Bachelor’s Degree: Preferred, with a focus on business-related fields.
Experience: Related experience with cold calling and/or a sales major/certificate is preferred.
Bilingual Skills: A plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Base Stipend: $57,000 per year.
Commissions: $23,000 per year when sales goals are met.
Sign-On Bonus: $4,500.
Relocation Bonuses: Available in certain circumstances.
Monthly Housing Stipend: Possible in certain circumstances.
