What You’ll Actually Do
• Identify: Pinpoint specific moments in interview transcripts and paper edits requiring B-roll footage to enhance narrative.
• Source: Acquire high-quality cinematic B-roll footage that compellingly supports the storytelling of video projects.
• Organize: Build and meticulously maintain an organized B-roll library, categorizing assets by theme, location, mood, and subject matter.
• Support: Promptly fulfill B-roll requests from the editing team, ensuring a seamless post-production workflow.
• Maintain: Archive unused assets and continuously maintain the overall media library’s organization and accessibility.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career professional with demonstrated interest in film, media production, or visual storytelling.
• Experience: Experience with the management and maintenance of large digital asset libraries.
• Skills: Keen eye for cinematic visuals, ability to select mood-setting and impactful footage, highly organized, self-motivated, and reliable in meeting remote deadlines.
• Bonus: Passion for music, culture, and documentary-style content.
