• Mission: Support audit teams by gaining hands-on experience with accounting and auditing practices to optimize performance and manage risk for clients.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Work on engagement aspects: Work on all aspects of an audit engagement, including cash, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable.
• Maintain records: Search for unrecorded liabilities and maintain confirmation logs.
• Prepare documentation: Prepare audit work papers.
• Provide assistance: Assist with audits, reviews, compilations, and accounting services.
• Resolve issues: Resolve audit issues by obtaining evidence and making inquiries of clients while supporting the team with daily client workflow.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, on track to complete 150 credit hours for CPA eligibility.
• Experience: Successfully completed Intermediate Accounting with a grade of B or higher.
• Skills: Exhibit excellent communication skills, demonstrate sharp critical thinking, comfortable navigating environments, embracing change, and possess advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bonus: Minimum 3.2 GPA in both major and overall, leadership experience in student groups, activities, or team projects, eager to learn new technologies, and a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
