• Pay: $30–$32 hourly
• Mission: Provide quality audit services to the Firm’s clients in authentic engagements and explore a career in public accounting.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Relationships: Develop professional relationships with clients and internal employees.
• Accounting Support: Assist clients with their routine accounting functions and processes.
• Documentation: Draft financial statements in compliance with prescribed formatting guidelines.
• Engagement Preparation: Prepare specific portions of compilation, review, and audit engagements.
• Knowledge Development: Become knowledgeable about accounting pronouncements and demonstrate a basic understanding of income tax principles.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level, with at least 75% of a bachelor’s degree in accounting completed from an accredited university.
• Experience: Demonstrated progress towards CPA exam eligibility, and a willingness to travel locally to clients 80%+ of the time with access to a car or public transportation.
• Skills: Good communication and computer skills, a team-oriented approach, customer focus, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
