What You’ll Actually Do
• Perform: Audit procedures as assigned on engagements.
• Collaborate: Work closely with Senior Associates and Managers to identify and resolve issues encountered in the performance of financial statement audits.
• Develop: Effective and clear work paper techniques.
• Assist: With financial statement preparation.
• Plan: Own professional development with their group leader.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Entry-Level. CPA candidate with basic familiarity with GAAP and GAAS.
• Experience: Internship or light experience in public accounting.
• Skills: Exhibits initiative, accepts responsibility, communicates effectively, and manages multiple concurrent assignments of varying sizes and complexity.
• Bonus: Master’s degree in Accounting or related field, excellent written and oral communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills with a team orientation.
