What You’ll Actually Do
• Departmental Immersion: Rotate through various departments to gain an in-depth, leadership-focused understanding of business operations.
• Sales Engagement: Promote products and services through outside sales activities and cultivate strong customer relationships.
• Customer Support: Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and efficiently resolving issues promptly.
• Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to support the process of making informed business decisions.
• Project Collaboration: Partner with key leaders on projects focusing on sales management and enhancing operational efficiency.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Must hold or be on track to obtain a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Experience: Possess an active driver’s license.
• Skills: Demonstrated leadership potential, strong customer service abilities, sales acumen, and analytical capabilities.
• Bonus: Prior co-op or internship experience in Customer Service, Sales, Production, or an Administrative role; an academic major in business or a related field; active participation in leadership or management roles on campus or in extracurricular activities; willingness to relocate regionally during or upon completion of the program.
