Audit Intern | Crowe
The Tone:
This is a full-time internship at Crowe, a global professional services firm with an 80-year history specializing in audit, tax, and consulting. What You’ll Actually Do
• Audit: Sharpen analytical skills by auditing client financials, transactions, and internal control processes.
• Collaborate: Work independently and in collaboration with diverse audit professionals to deliver exceptional client service.
• Utilize Technology: Apply audit tools and technologies that leverage advanced analytics, data visualizations, and process flow automation to analyze client data.
• Engage Clients: Work as a team member on diverse client engagements, including manufacturing, not-for-profit, government, healthcare, education, construction, dealerships, food and agriculture, insurance, financial institutions, and benefit plan audits.
• Learn: Take initiative and actively seek on-the-job learning opportunities within a collaborative team culture.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position for individuals pursuing a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s in Accounting or a similar degree. Must be scheduled to meet the educational requirements for CPA license eligibility in their assigned Crowe work location prior to starting full-time.
• Experience: Relevant work experience, such as prior internships, summer positions, or school jobs.
• Skills: Proficiency with Excel, strong academic credentials, demonstrated leadership, problem-solving abilities, strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and capability to work on multiple assignments both independently and in a team environment.
• Bonus: Experience with data analytics is strongly desired. Desire to travel and availability to work/travel evenings or weekends if needed.
