What You’ll Actually Do
Analysis: Perform comprehensive analysis of customer billing, inventory, and contract data to pinpoint areas of historical dispute and identify opportunities for future cost savings and optimization.
Reporting: Create and present detailed monthly and quarterly audit and optimization reports, ensuring they align with company standard processes and provide clear insights to stakeholders.
Tracking: Maintain an accurate audit tracker to meticulously capture and reflect all identified, implemented, achieved, and rejected savings on a monthly basis, providing a clear financial overview.
Client Support: Actively support customers in successfully achieving the resolution of identified historical disputes and realizing future cost savings and optimization opportunities.
Data Management: Monitor and manage client data and reporting requirements, promptly reporting any missing items or required access levels to the Service Operations Manager (SOM) to ensure smooth operations and data integrity.

The Must-Haves
Background: This Early Career role requires a foundational understanding of numerical analysis, ideally gained through a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, mathematics, or an analytical related field.
