The Tone:
This is an Attendee Data Coordinator position at FIRST, with location options including remote, hybrid, or in-office, depending on the client account. Domestic travel is required, and international travel may be necessary. FIRST is a leading global brand experience agency, managing over 37,000 events & projects annually for 130+ brands, specializing in Fortune 500 companies. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth execution of data-related tasks by maintaining accurate attendee data, managing communications, and supporting attendees throughout the event registration process.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage: Work with event planners on overall registration management for a high volume of in-person, hybrid, and virtual corporate events, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with PII guidelines.
• Maintain: Ensure consistency of attendee information through database management, accurate data input, generating lists, and performing analysis upon request.
• Develop: Assist in the creation, editing, testing, and comprehensive management of online registration and event communications, including save-the-dates, invitations, reminders, confirmations, and surveys.
• Support: Assist attendees and stakeholders with any questions regarding registration and proactively contact attendees for required information such as gift sizes, contact details, and accommodation needs.
• Execute: Provide essential pre-event and day-of support during event execution, including printing name badges, tent cards, and signage, packing/ordering/shipping event supplies, and managing post-event attendee reporting.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, along with 1-2 years of experience in Attendee Data Management and Event Technology, including entry-level meeting planning and coordination.
• Experience: 1-2 years specifically in attendee data management and event technology. Prior experience as a customer support or help desk representative is preferred.
• Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; good written and oral communication at all levels; motivated self-starter who can take direction and work independently; flexibility to work outside normal business hours and travel.
• Bonus: Prior experience with event platforms such as Cvent, StarCite, Eventbrite, etouches, or other registration website platforms.
