What You’ll Actually Do
• Storytelling & Content Creation: Develop and create compelling written and multimedia content that brings Tapestry’s corporate narrative to life across external channels.
• Measurement & Reporting: Support the development and execution of Tapestry’s external communications measurement framework, producing digestible reports and dashboards for leadership insights.
• Insights & Analysis: Monitor daily media coverage of Tapestry, its brands, and competitors to identify trends and reputational signals that inform strategic planning.
• Operational Rigor: Maintain editorial calendars, story pipelines, and post-moment learnings to ensure discipline and consistency in the team’s day-to-day work.
• Agency & Partner Coordination: Serve as a key contact for measurement and agency partners, coordinating on data inputs, dashboards, and reporting cadences to ensure consistency and quality.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, English, Marketing, or a related field. This is an entry-level Associate role.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, comfort with data (including Excel and synthesizing analytics), AI-literate, project management instincts, relationship-building skills, and sound judgment with confidential information.
• Bonus: A passion for the brands.
