Client Service Associate (December 2026 Graduates) | Guidepoint Australia

The Tone:
This is an early career role at Guidepoint, located in New York, NY, with a hybrid work schedule requiring three days in the office. Guidepoint connects leading investment firms, consultancies, and corporations with subject-matter experts to help them make informed business and investment decisions. This role is critical for providing a fast, high-quality client experience by understanding specific research needs, identifying suitable experts, and recruiting new advisors into Guidepoint’s global network.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Recruit: Recruit new experts into Guidepoint’s network and engage them for client consultations.
• Research: Independently conduct targeted research across public sources like LinkedIn and company websites to identify relevant subject-matter experts.
• Outreach: Lead cold outreach, phone-based vetting, and screening conversations with experts to evaluate their fit for specific client projects.
• Strategy: Define sourcing strategies for each client request based on project scope, urgency, and target expert profile.
• Management: Manage multiple fast-moving client requests, balancing competing deadlines while maintaining a high standard of execution.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA, Entry-Level. Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored visa sponsorship.
• Experience: Previous relevant internship, volunteer, or extracurricular experience.
• Skills: AI fluency and practical experience using AI-enabled tools to support research, organization, prioritization, and written communication; ability to conduct targeted research across various public sources; strong time management and organizational skills for managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines; comfort engaging senior professionals by phone to build rapport and assess fit; clear and professional verbal and written communication.
• Bonus: Curiosity about emerging technology and a willingness to build new skills; motivated to build client-facing careers in consulting, advisory, investment research, account management, customer success, or sales; ability to quickly understand the commercial context behind client requests; resourceful, intellectually curious, and driven to continuously learn.
