Associate Talent & Workforce Transformation Specialist – 2027 | IBM

• Mission: Help organizations transform how they attract, develop, manage, and empower their workforce through technology-enabled business solutions.
• Tech Stack: HR technology, talent management systems, workforce operations platforms, enterprise applications, Human Capital Management (HCM) tools, workforce analytics, cloud-based HR platforms, business process optimization tools, Artificial Intelligence, automation, Workday.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Support: Assist organizations in transforming workforce attraction, development, management, and empowerment using technology-enabled business solutions.
• Project Engagement: Contribute to real client projects from day one, gaining hands-on experience in diverse industries such as healthcare, financial services, and government.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside experienced consultants, HR transformation consultants, workforce strategy professionals, and technology specialists.
• Skill Development: Develop consulting, communication, and collaboration skills through professional and technical mentorship, career coaching, and certification opportunities.
• Technology Application: Understand and apply how AI and emerging technologies are used to deliver solutions, accelerate development, analyze data, and automate business processes for clients.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position requiring a Bachelor’s degree (currently completing or recently completed) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, IS, or a related field.
• Experience: Entry-level experience gained through academic projects, internships, case competitions, student organizations, research, or other practical experiences.
• Skills:
• Foundational understanding of business processes, workforce management, human resources, or organizational effectiveness concepts.
• Understanding of how technology can improve employee experiences, workforce operations, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
• Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, process improvement, or business problem-solving concepts through coursework, projects, or personal learning.
• High interest in skills-based workforce planning, talent development, employee experience, or workforce transformation.
• Awareness of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence and automation, and how they are transforming the future of work, skills, talent, and employee experiences.
• Bonus:
• Exposure to HR technology, talent management, workforce operations, or enterprise applications through academic, personal, or internship experiences.
• Familiarity with Human Capital Management (HCM), workforce analytics, business process optimization, cloud-based HR platforms, or organizational transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated interest in Workday, workforce transformation, Artificial Intelligence, consulting, and continuous learning.
