The Assistant to the Chair, Executive Strategy Program is an exclusive, fast-track management development opportunity for post-MBA professionals. This role directly supports the Executive Leadership Team, Board Chair, and CEO, playing a critical part in shaping the firm’s strategic direction, business development, and overall success.

• Mission: To support and work alongside the Executive Leadership Team, Board Chair, and CEO in leading special projects and initiatives that shape the firm’s strategy, business development, and ongoing success.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategic Planning: Develop long-term strategic plans in partnership with senior leaders, serving as an integral part of the long-range planning process.
• Initiative Management: Drive large-scale initiatives from origination through execution, including preparing proposals, understanding business cases, analyzing potential solutions, and evaluating financial justification.
• Market Monitoring: Monitor competitor movements and evaluate their strategic implications for the firm.
• Strategic Execution: Demonstrate sound judgment in navigating ambiguity, translating broad objectives into actionable plans, and adapting strategies as business needs evolve.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain effective relationships with various functional areas across the organization.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s: Business Administration (Required), currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a fully accredited full-time MBA program. Core domain knowledge includes business planning and analysis, advanced principles of finance and banking, financial markets and products, and concepts of corporate strategy.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant business experience, with 5 years preferred. Eligible applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US and not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Skills: Analyze issues, evaluate alternatives, develop proposals, and present recommendations; perform financial analysis and modeling to inform strategic decision-making; lead cross-functional initiatives without direct reporting authority; prepare and deliver written and oral presentations; manage projects using established project management methodologies.
• Bonus: May require FINRA/NASAA licensure during tenure.
