As a Floor Lead, you will assist the General Manager in leading the retail team and overseeing day-to-day operations. This role is essential for setting a positive example, keeping coworkers motivated, and fostering a culture of teamwork and camaraderie, embodying the company’s core values of Influence, Inspire, Innovate, Win, & Grow.

• Mission: Lead the retail team and oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional customer service and foster a high-performing team culture.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Team Leadership & Development: Foster a healthy and empowering team culture, inspiring continuous personal and professional growth among team members and serving as an example of professionalism.
• Operational Excellence: Execute daily retail operations with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow for the team.
• Customer Experience & Sales Growth: Ensure every customer interaction is met with exceptional service and product knowledge, while collaborating with management to set, analyze, and exceed sales targets.
• Inventory & Cash Management: Implement rigorous inventory control practices to minimize shrinkage and meticulously oversee all cash handling procedures, including register management and daily reconciliation.
• Compliance & Conflict Resolution: Uphold the highest standards of local and state regulatory compliance, while professionally mediating and resolving any customer or employee concerns.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Managerial background in retail or hospitality, minimum 21 years of age.
• Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in retail or hospitality management roles.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong computer skills, and open availability to work days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
