Assistant Executive Director | Americare Senior Living

This is a full-time role at Americare Senior Living, located in Columbia, MO, specifically at the Tiger Place community. • Team: Works closely with the Executive Director.
• Mission: Supports the daily operations, team leadership, and resident experience of an Assisted Living or Residential Living community.
• Tech Stack: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations: Support the Executive Director with day-to-day community operations in an Assisted Living or Residential Living environment.
• Team Leadership: Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing support for frontline team members.
• Administrative Support: Provide operational oversight and support to various departments, including assistance with administrative and financial tasks and basic reporting.
• Sales & Marketing: Participate in prospective resident tours, assist with lead follow-up, and accurately track information in the CRM system to support census growth.
• Community Environment: Collaborate with marketing partners and promote strong communication to help maintain a welcoming, organized, and resident-centered community.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be at least 18 years of age and willing to obtain Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification. This role is ideal for individuals interested in leadership and long-term career growth within senior living management.
• Experience: Experience in supporting daily operations, administrative functions, and team members, ideally within a community or service-oriented environment.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong organizational, time management, and communication skills, coupled with the ability to multitask across various operational areas. Possesses a professional and friendly demeanor for interacting with residents, families, prospects, and team members.
