What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Ensure consistent practices across global supply chain teams for the monthly Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SI&OP) process.
• Maintain: Help keep data accurate and support key planning activities, including demand forecasting, inventory management, and product replenishment using Kinaxis Rapid Response.
• Analyze: Interpret and share supply chain performance data in key improvement areas such as forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and service metrics.
• Assist: Help the Global Supply Chain (GSC) Control Tower team with automating tools for collecting and reporting essential supply chain data.
• Contribute: Support corporate supply chain projects by aiding in task planning, coordinating with cross-departmental teams, tracking progress, and facilitating project completion.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Operations, with an expected graduation date between Fall 2027 and Spring 2029. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• Experience: Ability to commit to a 12-week internship starting either May 17th or May 24th; reliable transportation to the Maple Grove, MN corporate location; preferred experience with Microsoft, especially Excel.
• Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to organize complex data; excellent communication skills; organized approach to consistently meet deadlines.
• Bonus: Prior leadership experience, participation in extracurricular activities, and/or volunteer work are advantageous.
