Job Description: A&R Intern

The A&R Intern will provide crucial support to the A&R Manager, focusing on administrative tasks and operational efficiency. The role is highly detail-oriented and requires strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

System Organization and Maintenance: Maintain and update the company’s internal systems to ensure all contracts are current and accurate.
Deal Validation Support: Collaborate with the legal team to ensure all necessary information for deal validation is correctly documented.
Assignment Distribution: Distribute weekly assignments to Project Managers to facilitate efficient client workflow.
Schedule A Validation: Verify the accuracy and completeness of Schedule A documents.
Compliance Enforcement: Ensure adherence to all Terms of Service (TOS) regulations during client onboarding and throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Exceptional Attention to Detail: Meticulous accuracy is crucial for this role.
Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for clear and effective collaboration.
Google Sheets Proficiency: Experience with Google Sheets is required for data management and analysis.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Record Label/Music Publisher Experience (Preferred): Prior experience in a similar environment is advantageous.
Salesforce Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

Pay and Eligibility:

This internship is offered for college credit only. Applicants must be currently enrolled in a university and maintain enrollment throughout the internship duration. Graduates are ineligible. Providing necessary documentation to receive college credit is mandatory; failure to do so will result in disqualification.
