What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Support various business-as-usual (BAU) activities related to foreign remittance operations.
• Handle: Handle and respond to queries received from both business stakeholders and external clients.
• Prepare: Prepare accurate Management Information Systems (MIS) and other crucial reports.
• Assist: Assist with tasks specifically covering both inward and outward foreign exchange remittance processes.
• Enhance: Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and optimize workflows, contributing to the resolution of business problems.

• Background: Entry-Level. This role is offered under India’s National Apprenticeship Training Scheme, providing structured vocational training.
• Experience: Proven ability to apply critical judgment to ensure the responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs in business contexts.
