Application Support Intern (Summer 2026) | Exiger

The Tone:
This is an internship at Exiger, located in New York, NY (Hybrid). Exiger transforms supply chains into a strategic advantage, making the world safer and more transparent through its AI platform, 1Exiger, which provides visibility into supplier ecosystems, surfaces risk, and automates compliance. This internship offers hands-on, real-world exposure to enterprise SaaS application support, customer onboarding, and operational optimization in a fast-paced environment. The role contributes to supporting Exiger’s product suite and drives meaningful operational and process improvements during a period of platform transformation.

• Team: Reports to experienced members of the Support organization and paired with mentors.
• Mission: This person supports Exiger’s product suite while contributing to operational and process improvements during tooling and platform transformation.
• Tech Stack: ServiceNow (SNOW), Customer portals, Automation, Workflows, Reporting, Dashboards, Systems integrations, AI-assisted tooling, Status pages, Runbooks, Knowledge bases

What You’ll Actually Do
• Application Support: Provide end-user application support and troubleshoot issues across Exiger’s platforms.
• Request & Resolution: Coordinate, prioritize, and track incoming support requests, ensuring clear communication and ownership through final resolution.
• Cross-Team Facilitation: Facilitate problem-solving and communication between end-users, engineering, infrastructure, and other internal teams.
• Onboarding & Operations: Support customer onboarding activities, including acquisition, configuration, and operational readiness, and participate in daily support.
• Tooling & Process Improvement: Assist with the rollout and optimization of new support tools and capabilities, contributing to process design, documentation, and special projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. Early Career.
• Experience: No specific years required; prior development or scripting experience (at any level) is a strong plus.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, ability to work independently, effective collaboration in a team, comfortable multitasking, ability to quickly assimilate technical information.
• Bonus: Interest in understanding how software systems work and how they can be leveraged to improve operational outcomes.
