As an Applebee’s Server, you will be the first and last impression for our guests. You are essential to creating a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and welcoming service to all guests.
• Make recommendations from the menu.
• Anticipate and fulfill the needs of guests throughout their visit.
• Work efficiently and effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen (approximately 30 times per shift, depending on business flow).

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members.
• Commitment to making a positive impact on the guest experience.
• Physical Standards:
  • Ability to exert well-paced mobility for long periods, up to four (4) hours in length.
  • Ability to safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff.
  • Ability to wear protective hand coverings throughout the entire shift.
  • Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the entire shift.
  • Ability to wear protective face coverings and/or masks throughout the entire shift.
  • Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout the shift.
