As an Applebee’s Host/Server Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, greeting them with a warm welcome and a smile. You will play a crucial role in assisting our servers to provide exceptional guest service and maintain the overall guest flow of the restaurant. You’ll work hard, but you’ll have a great time doing it!
Key Responsibilities

Physical Standards
The health, safety, and well-being of our employees is our top priority. This role requires the ability to:
- Remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours in length.
- Safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
- Speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff.
- Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen.
- Wear protective hand coverings throughout the entire shift.
- Work with disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the entire shift.
- Wear protective face coverings and/or masks throughout the entire shift.
- Frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout the shift.
