Corporate & Institutional Banking Development Program Analyst/Associate – Centralized Credit Products Group (CCPG) | PNC

• Mission: To teach the skills necessary to successfully underwrite requests, structure loans, and manage a loan portfolio for various business segments within Corporate & Institutional Banking.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Participate: Participate in the line of business development program as an analyst/associate.
• Assist: Perform or assist the core activities of the group by applying learned knowledge to drive business results.
• Network: Engage in social learning within the organization by identifying and networking with business representatives and peers.
• Learn: Complete formal learning activities, including classroom, web-based, or virtual sessions, and related projects.
• Support: Support the internal and external customer experience by providing excellent service and ensuring problem resolution.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in a business-relevant major such as Finance, Accounting, IT, Economics, Mathematics, or Computer Science, with a minimum GPA of 3.2. This is an entry-level career position for recent university/college graduates.
• Experience: Little to no professional experience, typically for individuals joining through a corporate development or training program.
• Skills: Accuracy and Attention to Detail, Analytical Thinking, Effective Communications, Business Acumen, Project Management.
• Bonus: A comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered in lieu of a degree.
