Fall 2026 Marketing Intern | Altar’d State
The Tone:
This is an internship at Altar’d State, a rapidly growing women’s fashion company under Stand Out For Good, Inc., which operates 5 unique brands across over 130 locations in 38 states. The company creates a sanctuary-like experience for customers while actively pursuing a mission of giving back through initiatives like Mission Mondays and building schools in Peru. This role is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on marketing experience within the fashion industry, contributing to projects that align with the company’s commitment to making a meaningful impact. The intern will gain exposure to diverse marketing facets and practical experience within a supportive team environment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Content Creation: Develop marketing content, including blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, and website material.
• Digital Marketing Support: Assist in managing social media accounts, paid advertising campaigns, and email marketing efforts.
• Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends, competitors, and customer insights, then summarize findings and provide recommendations.
• Campaign Management: Help plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, including content creation, performance tracking, and data-driven recommendations.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze marketing data and prepare reports to measure the effectiveness of various marketing initiatives.
• Operational Assistance: Support administrative tasks related to marketing operations, such as organizing files, managing databases, and coordinating meetings.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Upcoming junior, senior, or recent graduate with a strong academic record, pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Ability to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, with a basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing platforms.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and creative thinking and problem-solving.
• Bonus: Proficiency in Google Workspace, familiarity with marketing software/tools, and an enthusiasm for marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
