AI-Native Product Management Intern (Marketplace & Growth) | Trucker Path

The Tone:
This is an internship at Trucker Path, located in Phoenix, AZ. Trucker Path is dedicated to building the AI-native operating system for truck drivers and fleets. This high-intensity PM internship sits at the center of this mission, working directly with AI-native Product Managers to build products across our load board, marketplace, and fleet platforms. You will help define how AI transforms how 300,000+ truck drivers run their businesses, directly contributing to their operational efficiency and success.

What You’ll Actually Do
• AI Product Development: Drive the development of core AI product surfaces, focusing on load discovery, booking, onboarding, and critical marketplace integrations.
• Accelerated Product Cycle: Leverage AI tools to significantly accelerate every phase of product development, from initial research and synthesis to defining specifications, conducting analysis, and managing iterations.
• Growth Experimentation: Support and execute growth experiments designed to optimize the entire carrier journey, focusing on improving activation, conversion, and retention rates.
• Cross-functional Collaboration & Launch: Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Operations teams to contribute to partner-driven products (fuel, parking, and integrations), support marketplace expansion, and ensure successful launches of real-world product features.
• Feature Ownership & Shipment: Build lightweight prototypes, define comprehensive product requirements, and actively help ship features end-to-end.

• Experience: Actively uses AI tools to accelerate work and enhance thinking, identifying as an AI-native operator.
• Skills: Exhibits a strong ownership mindset, proactively creating momentum without waiting for explicit direction, and possessing the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments while moving quickly.
