AI-Native Product Management Intern (Marketplace & Growth) | Trucker Path

The Tone:
This is an internship at Trucker Path. Trucker Path is dedicated to building the AI-native operating system specifically designed for truck drivers and fleets, aiming to revolutionize their daily operations. This is a high-intensity Product Management internship where you will work directly alongside experienced AI-native Product Managers. The role is positioned at the center of innovation, offering direct exposure to AI-native product development at scale and the unique opportunity to define how artificial intelligence will fundamentally transform and optimize the business operations for over 300,000 truck drivers using our platforms. You will gain hands-on experience building products used by hundreds of thousands of real users, receive mentorship from senior product and technical leaders, and top performers will have a fast-track path to a full-time Product Manager role.

• Mission: Own the transformation of how 300,000+ truck drivers run their businesses by leveraging AI across our load board, marketplace, and fleet platforms.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Product Surface Development: Work on core AI product surfaces, including load discovery, efficient booking processes, driver onboarding, and comprehensive marketplace integrations.
• AI-Driven Product Cycle: Utilize AI tools to significantly accelerate every part of product development, encompassing in-depth research, concise synthesis, precise specification writing, detailed analysis, and rapid iteration cycles.
• Growth Strategy & Execution: Support and actively run growth experiments designed to optimize the entire carrier journey, from initial activation and conversion through to long-term retention of users.
• Cross-Functional Product Launch: Collaborate extensively with Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Operations teams to successfully launch real, impactful products into the market.
• End-to-End Feature Delivery & Expansion: Build lightweight prototypes, define product requirements, help ship features end-to-end, and contribute to partner-driven products (fuel, parking, and integrations) and marketplace expansion.
