AI Product & Customer Success Intern | RagaAI Inc

The Tone:
This is an internship at RagaAI Inc, located in Atlanta, Georgia. The company focuses on developing products within the AI space. This role offers hands-on experience in product research, requirement analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. The intern will play a key role in helping define, build, and refine products that provide real customer value.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Requirements: Gather and analyze product requirements from internal teams and users.
• Lifecycle Support: Support product lifecycle activities including planning, documentation, testing, and feedback tracking.
• Market Research: Conduct competitive research and prepare product performance reports.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
• Feature Validation: Assist with product demonstrations, presentations, and data analysis for feature validation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, or related field).
• Experience: Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, Georgia.
• Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities; Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Bonus: Familiarity with JIRA, Figma, or Notion.
