Job Description

This is an Adult Therapist Internship opportunity within BHR’s Adult Outpatient Services Program in Shelton, WA. It is designed for current Master’s level students in their MSW, MA, or MFT programs.

As an intern, you will:

• Gain experience working with a diverse adult population in an outpatient setting.
• Conduct in-person and telehealth mental health appointments with clients.
• Gain experience using Evidence-Based Practices (EBPs).
• Participate in staffing cases with experienced professionals.
• Learn to navigate electronic health records.
• Receive weekly individual supervision from LMHCs, LICSWs, and LMFTs.
• Participate in bi-weekly group supervision.

• This is an unpaid internship.
• BHR will pay for any required credentialing expenditures.
• BHR offers flexible internship start dates to students.
• While no longer required, as a healthcare provider, BHR highly recommends applicants and employees are fully vaccinated against Covid.
