• Mission: Gain comprehensive knowledge of daily operations at a retail location by performing agronomy and operations-focused tasks to support growers.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Immerse: Gain comprehensive knowledge of daily retail operations by participating in an Agronomy and/or Operations-focused internship.
• Analyze: Conduct tissue sampling to gather critical data for crop health and nutrient management.
• Assess: Perform soil sampling to evaluate soil conditions and support informed agricultural recommendations.
• Contribute: Participate in sales activities and other location-specific tasks to support customer service and operational efficiency.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in a 2-year or 4-year Higher Education degree program in Agriculture or a related field.
• Experience: Demonstrated interest in the agriculture industry.
• Requirement: Must have an anticipated graduation date of August 2026 or later.
• Skills: Practical aptitude for tasks such as tissue and soil sampling; basic engagement in sales activities.
