What You’ll Actually Do
• Document Management: Systematically scan, print, organize, and file a variety of essential documents, ensuring easy accessibility and proper record-keeping for all administrative needs.
• Data Administration: Accurately enter and meticulously maintain crucial organizational data within established spreadsheets and tracking systems, supporting data integrity and operational oversight.
• Administrative Assistance: Provide direct support in the preparation of key organizational documents and meticulously record meeting notes, contributing to effective internal communication and project continuity.
• Communication Coordination: Support the efficient management of email correspondence and maintain an organized inbox, ensuring timely responses and streamlined communication flows.
• Scheduling & Event Logistics: Assist with calendar coordination and scheduling appointments, while also preparing for event administration and check-in processes to facilitate successful community engagements.
