What You’ll Actually Do
• Record: Accurately record day-to-day financial transactions within the approved accounting system.
• Process: Manage the processing of invoices, payments, receipts, and expense records with complete supporting documentation.
• Reconcile: Reconcile bank, card, vendor, customer, and ledger balances, investigating any unexplained differences.
• Organize: Maintain organized financial files and provide support for month-end close, account reviews, and audit preparations.
• Report: Prepare routine financial summaries, aging reports, reconciliations, and transaction reports.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early-career professional with a foundational understanding of basic accounting, reconciliation, invoicing, payment, and ledger concepts.
• Experience: Demonstrated comfort and accuracy using spreadsheets and accounting or finance systems. Proven ability to identify discrepancies and maintain complete supporting documentation.
• Skills: Strong numerical accuracy, proficiency with accounting systems, effective professional communication for internal and external follow-ups, and high discretion when handling sensitive financial information.
