• Mission: Own daily financial reconciliations and support accounts receivable processes to ensure accurate financial records for the company.
• Tech Stack: Excel (pivot and formulas), SAP, other ERP accounting systems

What You’ll Actually Do
• Reconciliation: Reconcile daily store retail sales reports, verify postings, and communicate any related issues.
• Payment Processing: Reconcile customer statements and match payments to invoices by identifying, inquiring, researching, and resolving discrepancies.
• Dispute Management: Arrange documents and respond to credit card dispute cases, alongside reconciling credit card payments and clearing accounts.
• Collections: Assist the supervisor in sending reminders for past-due accounts, managing collections, and contacting customers to request payment.
• Closing Activities: Prepare and review monthly period-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field is preferred, providing foundational accounting knowledge for an entry-level professional.
• Experience: 1 year of experience in accounting, preferably within the retail, manufacturing, or logistics industry.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication, and proficiency in Excel (pivot and formulas).
• Bonus: Strong motivation for automation and process improvement, experience with SAP or other ERP accounting systems, and bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
