What You’ll Actually Do
• Process: Process vendor invoices accurately and record payment details in the accounts payable system in a timely manner.
• Assign: Assign proper general ledger codes and verify supporting information before transactions are posted.
• Maintain: Maintain organized accounts payable records and ensure data entered into financial systems is complete and accurate.
• Support: Support ACH payments and check run activities while following established approval and payment procedures.
• Review: Review invoices for discrepancies, resolve routine issues, and coordinate with internal stakeholders or vendors as needed.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Prior experience handling accounts payable transactions in a detail-focused business environment with core domain knowledge of invoice coding and general ledger account allocation.
• Experience: Demonstrated familiarity with ACH processing and check payment procedures. Proven ability to manage multiple invoices and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Skills: Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, along with effective communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience using Intacct or Sage Intacct is preferred.
