This role is crucial for supporting daily accounting operations and ensuring accuracy in financial processes within a dynamically developing international company.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Invoice Processing: Process and verify invoices for goods and services, ensuring they match purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
• Vendor Communication: Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payments and invoice status.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Assist in reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies.
• Month-End Support: Support the month-end closing process by ensuring timely invoice processing.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in accounting/finance, supported by higher education, preferably in finance, accounting, or economics.
• Experience: At least 2-4 years of experience, ideally in an Accounts Payable role; demonstrated experience coordinating or supporting tasks within a team.
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and pivot tables; strong analytical skills with proven ability to resolve complex problems; very good knowledge of the English language.
• Bonus: Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle, Optima, or Symfonia; proficiency in the German language.
