• Mission: Resolve invoice errors, reconcile supplier accounts, and provide reporting to ensure smooth accounts payable operations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Perform a variety of accounts payable support duties, including resolving invoice errors.
• Reconcile: Reconcile suppliers accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Report: Provide reports on completed work, detailing invoice errors and affected suppliers.
• Communicate: Communicate directly with suppliers to resolve issues and provide information.
• Collaborate: Communicate directly with internal buyers regarding accounts payable matters.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree at an Entry-Level career stage.
• Experience: Availability to work an average of 20-30 hours per week, Monday – Friday between the hours of 8am – 5pm.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; organizational skills including the ability to prioritize, work independently, meet deadlines, multitask, and balance various assignments; interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team and remain professional in stressful situations; excellent customer service skills; and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bonus: A Bachelor’s degree focusing on Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is highly preferred.
