What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Account Management: Perform cleanup of customer accounts and collect tax exemption documentation.
• Vendor Account Management: Conduct cleanup of vendor accounts and gather W9 forms.
• Document Filing: Electronically file collected W9 and tax exemption forms into Salesforce for older customers.
• Purchase Order Reconciliation: Potentially work on closing old, open, and unreceived purchase order lines.
• Financial Review: Review vendor and customer statements and process AP three-way matches.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience: Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn, along with the ability to learn and use ERP system(s), DTR, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
• Bonus: Solid skills with MS applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, or a major or concentration in Accounting.
