What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Investment operations by aiding in trade operations, data management, reporting, and operational controls.
• Partner: With investment teams on business analysis, project management, and process improvement initiatives.
• Contribute: To enterprise functions such as Finance, Human Resources, Legal & Compliance, Procurement, and Communications.
• Analyze: Business challenges and develop recommendations for stakeholders across the firm.
• Identify: Opportunities to improve processes and operational effectiveness throughout Capital Group’s operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level Associate, currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an anticipated graduation date between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027.
• Experience: No specific prior professional experience is required beyond academic pursuit; must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
• Skills: Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong working relationships; strong attention to detail, organization, and execution with initiative and accountability; comfort working with data, using insights to support decision-making, and foundational Excel skills.
