This is a full-time, regional, traveling role at YES! Communities. YES! Communities is a leading, privately held manufactured housing REIT dedicated to improving communities and enhancing the lives of its residents. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to learn essential operations, contribute to resident satisfaction, and support financial and safety decisions across multiple communities. The position is designed to develop future leaders who can maintain a positive environment and manage key aspects of community operations.

• Mission: Learn to lead and manage key community operations, ensure resident satisfaction, and contribute to the financial performance and safety of assigned communities under direct supervision.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations Management: Travel to and support assigned communities while developing a clear understanding of company policies and procedures, including rent collection and supply management.
• Resident Relations: Serve as a liaison for residents, professionally resolving communications and concerns to ensure their satisfaction.
• Financial Oversight: Aid in rent collection efforts for all assigned communities, including assisting with evictions and utility cut-offs, and protect company assets and budgets through consistent property audits.
• Team Leadership: Provide hands-on leadership and management support to all team members, assisting with recruitment, training, and development as needed.
• Community Development: Create and maintain a positive community environment, organizing resident activities and regional events, and managing marketing and advertising plans to maximize occupancy.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early-Level. High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: A valid in-state driver’s license is required; must obtain or transfer state-specific licensing within 90 days of employment where applicable.
• Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong leadership and decision-making abilities, demonstrated ability to motivate and manage team performance, and proficiency in Microsoft Office software products.
• Bonus: Property management or equivalent experience is preferred.
