Accounting Student Experience – Spring 2027 | Doosan Bio Materials

The Tone:
This is an internship at Doosan Bobcat, with opportunities in West Fargo, ND, Bismarck, ND, and Statesville, NC. The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Type: Part-time (semester-long, with extension opportunities)
• Location: In-person – West Fargo, ND; Bismarck, ND; Statesville, NC
• Pay: $22.00–$23.00 hourly
• Mission: To provide accounting and finance students with practical, real-world experience and professional development through direct application of their academic knowledge.
• Tech Stack: Oracle, BPC software, Blackline software

What You’ll Actually Do
• Reporting: Create, document, and maintain monthly management reports, including ad hoc financial analysis and follow-up on reporting packages.
• Reconciliations: Improve and maintain balance sheet reconciliations for multiple branches, ensuring validation of mappings from local to corporate ledgers.
• Journal Entries: Complete monthly journal entries using Oracle software and submit month-end financials into BPC software, performing BPC to Oracle reconciliations.
• Account Management: Reconcile balance sheet accounts throughout the month using Blackline software.
• Chart of Accounts: Assist in the Chart of Account process by adding accounts and mapping them within Oracle.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing seeking a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with a Finance or Accounting concentration.
• Experience: Ability to commit for an entire 4-month (internship) or 8-month (co-op) term. Basic computer skills and the ability to follow written instructions are required.
• Skills: Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, excellent interpersonal and communications skills, a self-starter who can independently investigate problems, and adaptable to change.
