What You’ll Actually Do
• Engagement Participation: Participate actively in various phases of audit and/or tax engagements for diverse clients.
• Financial Assessment: Conduct planning, testing, research, and reporting to ensure the financial health of organizations.
• Document Preparation: Work directly with compilations, reviews, compliance, financial statements, and benefit plans.
• Tax Compliance: Engage with various tax types including corporate, partnership, individual, international federal, and state & local taxes.
• Client Interaction: Foster meaningful interactions with staff at all levels and with an impressive repertoire of clients, gaining exposure to business opportunities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in accounting, or a Master’s degree in accounting or tax, for an entry-level intern position.
• Experience: On track to complete the necessary degree and supporting credits required to sit for the CPA exam, with the ultimate goal of successfully obtaining your CPA license.
• Skills: Demonstrate strong detail-orientation, leadership potential, and robust problem-solving, communication, and analytical abilities.
• Academic success: Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
