What You’ll Actually Do
• Processing: Process monthly accounts for a diverse range of clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial record-keeping.
• Reconciliation: Prepare comprehensive bank reconciliations to verify and balance financial transactions.
• Tax Preparation: Prepare state sales and use tax filings, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Reporting: Complete annual 1099 and 1096 forms as part of year-end reporting obligations.
• Maintenance: Maintain client depreciation schedules, accurately tracking asset values over time.
• Administration: Handle various administrative tasks as assigned, providing essential support to team members and firm operations.

• Background: Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, with a classification appropriate for an entry-level internship position.
