What You’ll Actually Do
• Learn: Actively learn metal cutting processes and how Kennametal products deliver technical solutions to customers.
• Discover: Understand how Kennametal generates revenue and uncover new channels for business growth.
• Rotate: Complete robust and rewarding rotations through functional areas like Sales, Portfolio Management, Project Management, Marketing, Technology, and Manufacturing.
• Collaborate: Work side-by-side with other professionals across various locations and levels to build a strong foundation and skillset.
• Develop: Engage in ongoing learning journeys to enhance technical, professional, and leadership acumen.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor Degree. Entry-Level position for individuals completing their final academic year in STEM, Operational Excellence, Supply Chain, Business, or other related field of study.
• Experience: Entry-level experience with no specific years required.
• Skills: Strong organization skills, facilitation skills, leadership skills, project management skills, communication skills, and an analytical approach to problem solving.
• Bonus: Candidates with a minimum overall GPA of 3.2 preferred.
