The Tone:
This is an internship at Boardwalk Pipelines, LP, located in Owensboro, KY. Boardwalk is a limited partnership operating in the midstream natural gas and natural gas liquids industry, providing essential transportation and storage services to customers across 13 states. This role is vital for supporting various accounting groups, allowing the intern to contribute to a company committed to environmental stewardship, safety, and compliance while delivering reliable energy sources.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support Project Accounting activities within the Houston office for a portion of the internship.
• Contribute to Commercial Accounting functions within the Houston office.
• Assist with Financial Reporting tasks within the Houston office for a portion of the internship.
• Engage with various Accounting groups to gain diverse experience in a corporate setting.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be a current Junior or Senior student pursuing an accounting or finance degree with focused coursework in these fields.
• Experience: No prior experience required; this is an entry-level internship for students.
• Skills: Ability to work independently, highly organized, motivated, analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and excellent problem-solving skills.
