What You’ll Actually Do
• Document Processing: Analyze and process various business documents.
• Financial Reporting: Analyze accounting and financial data to prepare accurate financial statement journal entries.
• Account Reconciliation: Prepare reconciliations for general ledger accounts.
• Compliance and Budgeting: Prepare tax information and assist in the preparation of budgets.
• Internal Controls: Test SOX and Non-SOX controls as part of auditing procedures.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interface with departments outside of the Controller’s Organization, developing collaborative relationships.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Required major is Accounting, with concurrent enrollment in a bachelor’s degree (or higher) seeking program for the duration of the experience. Other business majors may be considered for Audit Assurance & Advisory Services.
• Experience: Candidates must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time indefinite basis without the need for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future. Availability to work 40 hours per week is required.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong academic performance and the ability to provide reliable transportation to and from the place of work.
• Bonus: Military experience is a plus.
